Project Manager

Project Managers oversee all aspects of construction from preconstruction through commissioning.  Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is client-focused, team-driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about building and renovating exceptional custom homes. 

Salary Range (Entry-Senior): $85k - $150k 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Budget Preparations & Revisions

  • Schedule of Values & Invoicing

  • RFPs (Request for Proposal)

  • Prime Contract EWOs (Extra Work Orders)

  • Prime OCOs (Owner Change Orders)

  • Subcontractor / Vendor Bid Requests

  • Subcontract Negotiation

  • OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) Meeting

  • Plan Distribution Record

Preferred Experience

  • Estimating Experience

  • Scheduling Experience

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel), Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and/or similar construction management tools

Superintendent

Superintendents oversee on-site day to day construction from inception through completion in the field. Our ideal candidate is team-driven, detail-oriented, and has ample experience working in the field on projects with similar quality and scope to ours.

Salary Range (Entry-Senior): $85k - $150k 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day field supervision

  • Scheduling & Management of subcontractors among all trades

  • Communication with Project Team

  • Collaboration with Owner’s Team, Architects, and Consultants

  • RFI and Submittal Submissions

  • Shop Drawing Review

Preferred Experience

  • Field experience in custom-residential preferred (Commercial experience to be considered)

  • Knowledge of all subcontractor trades

  • Experience with complex architectural details and installations

Project Coordinator

Project Coordinators use Rhino modeling software to integrate and translate the Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil, etc. sets into an accurate and comprehensive RHI For Construction set for subs and laborers to use in the field. Our ideal candidate is highly skilled in Rhino modeling and eager to coordinate with the project architects, engineers, and subcontractors to create cohesive construction documents.
Salary Range (Entry-Senior): $60k - $90k 


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interpret and integrate drawings sets from all disciplines

  • Collaborate & Communicate with Project Team

  • RFI and Submittal Submissions

  • Review and mark up shop drawings

Skills and Experience

  • Technical problem solving

  • Rhino Modelling

  • CAD Drafting

Project Accountant

Project Accountants are responsible for invoicing and full cycle project cost tracking of construction projects.  Our ideal candidate is a highly organized team player who enjoys analyzing numbers and is able to communicate well both internally as well as with a variety of external teammates.

Salary Range (Entry-Senior): $50k - $70k 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review project budgets and track costs

  • Accounts payable including entry of all subcontractor/vendor invoices

  • Accounts receivable

  • Coordinate invoicing with subcontractors and vendors

  • Prepare billing packages for Project Manager review

  • Finalize billing packages for distribution

  • Assist project managers in preparation of spreadsheets and variety of cost analysis (e.g., cash flow, work in progress)

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Credit card reconciliations

  • Track subcontractor/vendor insurance certificates and compliance

  • Draft subcontracts

  • Year-end reporting (e.g., 1099’s)

Skills and Experience

  • Highly organized team player

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Microsoft Office working proficiency

  • Understanding of accounting principles

  • Experience in construction accounting or related field a plus
